1. No Returns / No Refunds

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear proof (images or video).

  • After verification, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

  • Please note: Refunds are not issued, only replacements are offered in such cases.
